I'm a real estate professional, entrepreneur, event curator, future Pilates instructor, and professional believer in starting before you're ready.

For years I thought confidence was something you earned after you lost the weight, found the relationship, got the promotion, or finally had everything figured out.

I was wrong.

Confidence is built while you're becoming.

That's why I created The Confident Black Girl.

What started as a coaching brand has grown into a community where women come together to heal, laugh, move their bodies, build meaningful friendships, travel, and create lives they genuinely enjoy.

Whether we're sipping cocktails at Happy Hour, flowing through Pilates, celebrating in pink, or sitting across from each other during a coaching session, the mission is always the same.

Helping women become more confident in every area of their lives.
